This is straightforward copyright infringement and you could sue them if you want, there is no doubt in my mind that you would win in any sort of litigation.
Or you could let the Internet enact your revenge for you, it is cheaper, faster, and dare I say, more effective. Hell hath no fury like a geek scorned.

I suppose it technically qualifies as nerdrage... but not really, since 'nerdrage' usually refers to unjustifiable anger, while your displeasure is backed by the justified indignation that is originated by copyright violation.

I think the word you're looking for there is not 'unjustifiable' but perhaps 'impotent'. Still and all, the sentiment remains.
