This is a pretty minor nit, but accuracy in such isn't a Bad Thing. You referenced a link to the University of Maryland. That link is actually to the University of Maryland University College, a different, though related, institution.
Good luck with things, I hope you can make the weasels pay for stealing your work.
This is not minor at all, it's theft pure and simple.

The minor nit is the name of the university referenced, not the theft, I believe.

is correct. The theft is major, and I didn't mean it say otherwise.
I don't know if the UMD/UMUC attribution is important in the long run, but incorrect attribution in a copyright case could conceivably cause problems. At least this non-lawyer thinks it's conceivable.
